We managed to get some time with Iain Chalmers, MD of the Holst Group where we found out more about his business, working with companies using the McQuaig Psychometric System as part of their candidate behavioural assessments.

They use this to help companies benchmark a role internally, recruit to the requirements of a role, develop people based on their strengths and retain employees.
