How we hire recruiters at Vine Resources

Hiring recruiters is never easy and of course finding the right company for you can be just as difficult. We spent a lot of time looking at our recruitment process so give candidates a better experience but also ensure we find the right people for our team. When looking for your next career path there might be a huge number of considerations to take into account before you find the right home for yourself but if you are considering a career in recruitment, like working in a fast moving sales environment or already working in the recruitment industry this may help you understand what we look for and how we go through our own recruitment process.

 

What are we looking for?

 

You’ll be bright, determined and hungry for success. You’ll either join us as a trainee recruitment consultant where you can progress to an account manager, Account Director or specialist niche recruitment consultant. You’ll become an expert either with your client or with your niche sector providing our recruitment services to our customers as well as building long-term relationships with our candidates. You’ll either have a background in sales or be able to work in a target driven sales environment.

We often get asked what the culture is like at our company. It's a great question and we’d like to think it's the ways we behave, what we do, what we say we do and what actions we take from what we say we will do. As a team we had a few days in Ibiza and got together and came up with something we could say in just a few words to describe ours:

Why us?

 

We have spent the last 18 months investing heavily in technology, systems and processes to help you perform your role quickly and more efficiently. Everyone in the team will get the support from our dedicated central resourcing team.  We will help you develop your online brand quickly across all the digital channels and provide you with both onsite and external training with our recruitment training partners which includes headhunting, sourcing, developing a contract business, developing a contract business, brand building, leadership and management training. We have a uncapped commission plan, have monthly and quarterly incentives and have ambitions to grow with the opportunity to work in an international office like New York or Sydney for the right people within two years including visa support.

 

What is our recruitment process?

 

Stage one

 

You'll need to apply online and we will be asked you a number of questions, so we can to get a feel for who you are and if you share some of our DNA. If successful, we will arrange a video call where we will get to know each other a bit more and you'll have the chance to ask lots of questions.

 

Stage two

 

If successful and you like what you hear, we will then send you a link to complete a more in-depth video interview where you'll get to answer five questions as well need to complete an online assessment.

 

Stage three

 

The next stage would be a face to face interview in our London office which will also include spending half a day with us in our office, finding out more about what we do, performing some on the job tasks, a presentation to our team and having a drink or lunch together. We promise it will be fun!

 

After that, if everyone is happy, we would look to make an offer to the successful candidate and look forward to having you be part of our brilliant team!
